Eligibility Criteria for a Software System Designer Job Opening:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering, 
Computer Science, or related technical discipline

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: Fresher

Skills: C++, Shell, TCL/TK, and AutoIT

Salary: Upto ₹6 LPA (Expected)

Academic Qualifications:

Extensive Python experience and Testcase development, preferably in production environments
Knowledge of Pre-Silicon Testing of BIOS/Firmware using Simulators or Emulators.
Prior experience of scripting with C++, Shell, TCL/TK, and AutoIT is an added advantage
Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
Excellent design and code development skills, familiarity with Linux and modern software tools and techniques for development
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good Knowledge of Computer architecture and It’s components like x86 Processors APU, GPU, PCIe , CXL, USB and NVME.
Experience with software development process and tools such as debuggers and source code control systems a plus.
Familiar with CI/CD Tools like Jenkins.

Job Requirements:

Define ,develop , execute and Automate test models and track the results for Firmware/BIOS Testing of AMD Server and GPU Products in pre-silicon and post-silicon phase.
Automating Test cases using scripting languages like Python in Windows and Linux environments.
Drive innovation in production software environments
Combine advanced software engineering skills with a drive to explore novel approaches to solve important problems in heterogeneous computing at the large scales
Evaluate and review of existing processes and continuously strive to optimize the workflow

Key Role & Responsibilities for Intern Job Opening at AMD:

Design, build, and maintain compiler technologies for the HIP, OpenCL, and OpenMP programming models.
To enable high-performance computing (HPC) capabilities on AMD GPUs, optimize and enhance code creation, optimization, and parallelization methods.
Enhancements to the LLVM-based compiler that is at the core of language implementations such as HIP, OpenCL, and OpenMP on AMD GPUS.

Preferred skills to be successful in this role:

Strong C/C++ programming skills.
Strong knowledge of Algorithms and Data Structures
Knowledge of compilers and parallel programming is desirable.
Interest in the design of programming languages, computer architecture, and compiler optimizations is essential.
