Here are a few of our guidelines:
- Employee Motivation and career blogs are our focus. We like articles under the following genre: Employee, Productivity, Life in office, Women employees, work life balance etc. We also like articles about the Human Resource, Leadership, and Inspirations.
- We like our articles to be informative, interesting, practical and positive. Keep it pointer based and avoid lengthy paragraphs and Quotes etc.
- Kindly ensure your article is between 500-1000 words. Do including subheadings to break up content. Make sure to submit your article with short paragraphs.
- Images are not required. Our team usually chooses what image to put with an article. However, you are free to submit any images with the source but we may or may not use the image you submit.
- We do not promote back links, guest websites, products, or services in the body of the article.
- We do allow you to provide 1-2 links within the body of the article to articles (only) you have written for other websites. We may or may not use the backlink you submit.
- We will not accept already published content or copied content. Whether it has been published on your own blog, other’s blog, social media, or any publication, or anywhere else we will not consider it.
- Best way to submit blog is via a word document / google docs.
- We deserve the right to modify any content of the article submitted before / after publishing.
Please make sure to read and understand our guidelines before submitting. We would ask for re-submission if the article is not up to our mark. However, once you are ready with it, please provide the following along with your article:
- A short paragraph for your author description along with your name. We allow you to provide 2 links of your choice in your bio; one blog and one social media link to your account.
- We need your email-id synced with gravatar account with a profile picture. If you don’t have one, please set gravatar account and upload a picture so that we can use the same on author bio.
