• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting network and AV operations
• 1 year required delivering support in ethernet technologies and concepts
• Network routing & switching

• Ability to managed MS O365, MFA and other application management at administrative level

• Writes clean, efficient and well-engineered front-end code that can serve as standard of excellence for other team members.
• Conducts code reviews and provides guidance on code management, release management, environment management, process flows and documentation.
• Explores all technical options when considering a solution, including homegrown coding, third party sub-systems, enterprise platforms and existing technology components.
• Participates in collaborative efforts through all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and release support.
• Understands lifecycle of various technology sub-systems that comprise eCommerce platform (i.e., version, release, roadmap), including current capabilities, compatibilities, limitations and dependencies; understands and advises of optimal upgrade paths.
• Leverages relationships with key IT, QA and other corporate colleagues by communicating and collaborating on cross function initiatives.
• Develops technical documentation, such as system context diagrams, design documents and release procedures.
• Participates in troubleshooting efforts for production issues through a hands-on approach.
• Participates in efforts to monitor web properties for uptime, and proactively identify future problems by analyzing trends, data and monitoring reporting.

• Apply application requirements, create, and execute functional test scenarios from user stories
• Perform manual testing, review functional features to determine feasible regression test cases, test automation coverage
• Collaborate with the scrum team, participate in scrum activities such as scrum meetings, sprint refinement, sprint planning, BIG ROOM planning and retro
• Create automation scripts using Serenity framework, manage/maintain all regression execution on feature levels.
• Setup Serenity framework to implement test automation using the framework across Mobile, Desktop devices.
• Work directly with the DevOps to support test automation to scale up for larger modules or components of software apps; champion Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD)  and product quality.
• Perform Proof of Concept (POC) on any subjects relate to testing, test automation, provide recommendations for action steps
• Collaborate on technical matters with SDET, Developer, and DevOps when problem arise and be able to provide solutions to resolve technical issues
• Provide valuable feedback for teammates when conducting peer code-reviews to improve quality of code for better test validation coverage
• Create run Cron jobs to auto schedule test automation scripts
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for fail test scripts and maintain test automation scripts
• Demo the automation scripts to teammates and seek approval when committing code
• Create test automation scripts to test API calls with Rest Assured, Postman
• Research test tools, methodologies, and trends as part of the continual quality improvement
