Eligibility Criteria :

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and delivery of digital solutions using analytics and automation tools for business and operational use
• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple systems to solve ambiguous business problems.
• Build business-ready dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help stakeholders understand trends, exceptions, risks, and performance. This expands on the source role’s explicit focus on data visualization.
• Help identify insights using data analysis, automation, and advanced analytics thinking, including opportunities related to ML, AI, and big data where relevant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change requests in IT systems, and participate in testing and validation activities after deployment.
• Translate business needs into simple, clear analytical outputs and support adoption of new tools and ways of working. The source role explicitly includes stakeholder coaching, change leadership, and communication of complex ideas.
