Skills: Execute test cases, SQL, Python, Postman & Regression testing

Responsibilities of QA Intern Job Opening at Digantara:

Execute test cases(manual) and report software defects
Collaborate with the development team to understand features and functionalities
Document and maintain test cases and test scripts
Ensure that developed products meet design specifications and are within specified quality limits
Conduct Regression testing, Smoke testing, and verify bug fixes
Communicate effectively with team members to clarify requirements and resolve issues

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and practices
Basic proficiency in Python
Basic understanding of API testing using Postman
Basic SQL knowledge
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to document processes
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Good to Have:

Knowledge of DSA (Data Structure Algorithms)
Proficiency in Git
Basic understanding of performance testing
Familiarity with different operating systems and browsers
Knowledge of Selenium or any other UI automation tools
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets
Certificates related to QA or any specialized tools

Preforms, designs, develops, and maintains manual & automated test scripts and frameworks for software products.
1. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios to assess the functionality, usability, and performance of digital platforms.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to identify and address customer experience issues.
3. Utilize testing tools and methodologies to simulate user interactions and gather insights on potential improvements.

6. Perform regression testing to ensure that updates or changes do not negatively impact the existing customer experience.

•   Conducts functional and performance testing on aspects of assigned products.

System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.
Level Working Knowledge:
•   Supports the project leader in developing and executing system test plans.
•   Evaluates system documentation and user manuals for usability, accuracy and completeness.
