Responsibilities of Engineer job opening at Trinity Touch:

• Responsibility for completing Communication/Commissioning of String Monitoring Box (SMB) done on time to International and Domestic Solar Sites.
• To ensure signed commissioning certificate from customer at site
• Responsibility for preparing the RCA report to customer in case of burning/damage SMB/AJB and their components.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to reporting Manager on regular basis.
• Providing online/site visit support at site regarding troubleshooting of SMB communication in FO, Wireless, RS485 systems.
• Providing service support, troubleshooting of Solar Products (SMB, AJB & WMS)
• Communicating with customers and engineers to ensure that services are being delivered satisfactorily.
• Responsibility for completing Communication/Commissioning of SMB by online support to International and Domestic sites.
• Providing support to the customer for communication issue’s & hardware issue’s by Remote or by site visit.
• Maintain the commissioning and servicing of solar sites in excel sheet.
• Good knowledge of Modbus, RS 485, Fibre Optics and wireless communication protocol.
• Good communication skills.
• Travelling to domestic and International sites is must.
