Requirements:

• The ideal candidate for the SQL Developer position at Cyient should have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, with strong attention to detail.
• They should have a basic understanding of the end-to-end incident management life cycle and be able to do technical analysis and make informed decisions on the next steps and teams to involve.
• Strong documentation skills are required, as well as the ability to escalate incidents and requests through established processes when necessary.
• Experience using an enterprise ticketing system is a plus, as is prior experience in a technical support team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented approach are essential.

• Strong knowledge in SQL programming.
