Eligibility Criteria for a Software Engineer Job Opening at Qualys:

Education: Bachelor / Masters / Doctorate in Computer Science or equivalent

Job Location: Pune

Experience: Fresher

Skills: JAVA

Responsibilities:

You will be designing and developing NextGen Security Analytics Products in the cloud from the ground up.
Building highly scalable microservices and data processing pipelines.
You will work on Java-based microservices with clean, extensible code adopting suited design principles and patterns.
Design, develop, and maintain products to process events and serve REST APIs.
Researching and implementing code design, and adoption of new technologies and skills.

Qualifications:

0- 2 years of JAVA development experience with Microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience on Spring, Hibernate.
Strong logical skills for code design and implementation.
Writing high-performance, reliable and maintainable code.
Experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable solutions.
Good knowledge of SQL, advanced data structures, design patterns, and object-oriented principles.
Should be well versed with Java 8.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Docker, and Kubernetes.
Exposure to NO-SQL databases like Elastic Search, Big Data, Cassandra, etc.
Stream processing with Kafka and related open-source tools/technologies.
have Knowledge of Security log sources.
