Job Location: Across India (Remote)

Experience: 2025 Batch
Skills: Basic Networking, SOAP, RESTful API, SQL
Salary: Upto ₹6 LPA (As per Glassdoor)

Responsibilities of an Associate Operations Specialist Job Opening at Deltek:

  • Provide level 1 technical assistance related to integrations and automation solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, automation, and integrations tailored for customers.
  • Handle escalations reported by other teams or customers with a proactive approach.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLA, process, and security policies.
  • Collaborate with operational and development teams during triage and resolution of operational issues.
  • Follow incident management procedures based on severity.
  • Capture detailed documentation on reported incidents and communicate with respective stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of reported incidents and drive them to resolution.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 2025 Passout with a Full time B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering with specialization in CSE/IT/ECE, with a minimum of 60% aggregate.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills.
  • Understanding SaaS applications and related technology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Basic Networking, SOAP, RESTful API, SQL.
  • Proficiency in Incident Management and escalation processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment.

Key Responsibilities Of Software Engineer Job Opening at Ecolab

  • Implement data transformation using XPATH, XSLT, Data Weave, custom java classes.
  • Create and configuring flows, sub flows, and flow processing strategies for reusability and performance.

Required Skills For Software Engineer Job Opening 

  • 3+ Years professional experience in Mulesoft development.
  • Experience in Designing Application Programming Interface (API) in Three layered Architecture and Designing API specifications.
  • Developing APIs using MuleSoft platform components including API Manager, CloudHub, AnyPoint Studio, Data weave and CloudHub.
  • Hands-on experience on writing RAML files for invoking REST API’s and SOAP API’s.
  • Strong experience in SOA, REST and web service.
  • Expereince in writing Dataweave expressions to transform data, Control message content, flow, and processing by selecting and implementing appropriate connectors, routers, scopes, and filters.
  • Experience with MUnit, Testing and improving performance of the APIs in terms of response time, reliability, and resource usage.
  • Experience with Salesforce connector is a plus.
  • Hand-on experience with transformers, exception handling, testing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational transformation, and leadership skills
  • Eager to continuously learn and grow.
