Roles and Responsibilities:

Support senior designers in delivering world-class interaction designs from initial concept through to shipping.
Solve complex design problems in simple and intuitive ways, that blends the brand personality, visual, motion, and sound to create delightful experiences.
Create and assess design solutions based on user research data and user goals.
Produce design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces.
Work closely and constructively with cross-functional teams to iterate and deliver flawlessly.
Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in the context of business and user goals.
Be self-directed and able to self-manage.

Skills Required for the role:

0-2 years of interaction design work experience.

Eligibility Criteria for The UX Designer Job Opening at Siemens:

Education: B.E / B.Tech graduate in any branch of engineering or in Design

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: Fresher

Roles and Responsibilities:

Basic Knowledge in designing user interfaces based on the exploration of interaction design concepts and refinement of design through an iterative process.
Responsible for delivering all aspects of design, from defining customer needs to delivering concepts and prototypes to UI specifications for development.
Knowledge of industry design standards and practices to define and implement design criteria, design guidelines, and design specifications.
Collaborate closely with Project Lead, Project Manager, and development team in planning, prioritizing, requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, interaction design, and usability testing.
Knowledge of user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flow diagrams, wireframes, design prototypes, and design specifications.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge in using tools such as Abode XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, and Sketch
Basic Knowledge of the UX design process and Lean UX methodologies will make valuable contributions
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and Certifications in Interaction Design, UX design, or Human-computer Interaction is an ad
