• Provide support to the Human Resources department in recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Aid in benefits administration tasks such as enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Support employee relations initiatives by assisting with communication, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Assist in general HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members on various HR projects to gain practical experience and contribute to departmental goals.

Requirements 

• Basic understanding of AWS services (IAM, EC2, S3, SQS, Route53, CodeDeploy, EKS, Lambda).
• Experience with CI/CD systems and Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Strong Linux skills and experience with Python and Bash scripting.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, VPC, and subnets.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong problem-solving attitude.

Good to have

• Experience with logging and log analytics.
• Familiarity with EKS.
