Job Description for Quality Analyst Job Opening at RD Trinitas

Listen to B2B lead calls and qualify them based on predefined quality parameters for the specified campaign under audit.
Coach and mentor executives to improve their productivity and quality.
Identify training and development needs of executives and design and deliver impactful training programs in consultation with the delivery and HR teams.
Identify operational challenges and represent them effectively to improve internal quality, delivery, and operations processes.
Work closely with other functions to optimize resource productivity.
Publish lead reports detailing the number of leads qualified or disqualified.

Proficient in conducting quality audits for B2B lead calls.
