Eligibility Criteria:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechanical or similar fields.

Job Location: Pune

Experience: 0-2 years

Primary Skills: JAVA and Database technologies

Salary: ₹6.8 lakh to ₹8.5 lakh LPA (As per AmbitionBox)

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance for PTC products (e.g., Windchill, Creo).
Investigate reported issues and address customer questions.
Follow quality management procedures and best practices.
Use PTC’s case management tool to log issues and track status.
Create and publish knowledge articles for internal and external use.
Participate in training, mentoring, and continuous development programs.
Recommend training opportunities for the support team.
Troubleshoot and configure PLM applications in cloud or on-premise environments.
Collaborate with R&D, QA, and other PTC departments for issue resolution.
Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 and quality management procedures.
Collaborate with global teams to deliver first-class support for critical customers.

Requirements Of Assoc Product Analyst Job Opening at PTC:

0-2 years’ experience in a similar support services or software development field i.e. hands on/practical/business environment that utilizes technical and soft skills
Object oriented programming background using Java
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Experience with Windows and UNIX Operating Systems
Experience / exposure to relational database technologies (Oracle, MS SqlServer, etc.)
