Essential Skills	Expert in application development on the latest versions of at least two mobile platforms (iOS,Android,Windows Phone). Should have worked on at least one cross platform mobile application development framework (Cordova, Ionic, Titanium, Worklight, Sencha,PhoneGap) Should have developed applications presently in app stores (Should provide Google Play and/or iTunes app store links). Should be comfortable working on HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript Hands on in mobile applications development.
Roles &Responsiblities	Conceptualize the architecture and high level design for end-to-end mobile applications on various mobile platforms ensuring that all the functional and non-functional demands are met. Finalize the technology stack and standards for the application being developed, coordinating with key stakeholders. Ensure that the team adheres to the proposed architecture/design throughout the project life cycle and render guidance/assistance as required. Identify and conduct POC; and train team
