Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields

Job Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Freshers ( graduates of 2023 and 2022)

Interview Stages:

1^stStage: Engage in a Pen & Paper test.
2^nd Stage: Receive test results within the next 3 working days.
3^rdStage: Participate in an in-person or video interview.
4^th Stage: Final shortlisting – Join the ranks of 40+ outstanding candidates.
5^th Stage: Onboard the selected candidates on February 1, 2024.

Training For the Freshers Job Openings at Phenom:

Immerse yourself in a comprehensive 3-month training program tailored to Backend, Fullstack, SRE, or AI roles.
Upon successful completion of training, transition into product development teams, where real-world challenges await.

Note:

This is not a walkin drive on 4th Jan or 5th Jan 2024.
You will receive the venue details, along with the test date and time, one day before the scheduled in-person written test at our office premises.
