Education & Experience:

• Degree/Masters in Financial management or accounting or related discipline 5 years or more experience in managing and implementing Oracle Financials or Support as a track lead or architect. Experience in small scale project management is recommended

Essential / Preferred Skills / Roles & Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for both translation of business ideas into opportunities and design solutions, as well as handling critical support issues
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders to understand business needs, review the current solution and identify gaps. While analyzing application issues, apply the knowledge and recommend enhancements or permanent fixes, if applicable.
• Should be able to quickly understand application functions in relevant areas, to troubleshoot in time, when there is need.
• Should have application functional analytical knowledge, coupled with basic technical analytical capability.
• Good logical reasoning capabilities to help identify root cause of any issue within a short span of time.
• Provide functional fixes or design and suggest best options to users, considering overall ease of use, stability of the solution and cross functional dependencies.
• Design and overall architecting the solutions based on prioritized requirements.
• Comprehensive cross functional skills to ensure changes or fixes will not open up new issues.
• Work on Project executions with the Biz partners, cross functional IT teams and external vendors to deliver multiple initiatives on time, within budget, quality and meeting user expectations.
• Assist in critical financial period close activities

 Essential Knowledge:

Very strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12, primarily focusing on Financial modules Within financials, must have expert knowledge of any two application from the following:

• General ledger with secondary ledgers / reporting currencies
• Payables with any automated invoice processing
• Oracle Projects
• Fixed Assets
• E Biz Tax
