Flipkart Runway, an exclusive Early Career Program for Women Engineers, is back for its 5th season! This program is designed to fast-track the careers of women in technology, empowering them to shape the future of the tech industry. With the theme “Her Today, Tech’s Tomorrow,” Flipkart continues its commitment to promoting a culture of innovation and inclusion, paving the way for a more diverse and dynamic ecosystem.

Eligibility & Round Details: 

• Open to all female engineers enrolled in full-time engineering programs, regardless of specialization. Eligible applicants must be in their second year of undergraduate studies (expected to graduate in 2027) or third year of dual degree programs (expected to graduate in 2027).
• Ability to complete a full-time, 8 to 10-week internship between May to July 2025 (exact program dates will be provided at a later point in the process).
• Basic level programming experience in C/ C++/ Java/ JavaScript or Python, etc.
