Eligibility Criteria:

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in core engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, etc.)

Job Location: Gurugram, Manesar, Rohtak, Kharkhoda

Experience: Freshers 

Stipend: Up to ₹5.5 Lakhs to ₹6.5 Lakhs annually  (As per Glassdoor).

Job Responsibilities of Graduate Engineer Trainee Job Opening at Maruti Suzuki:

Get trained in different technical and functional domains across the company
Support plant operations, manufacturing, R&D, or field functions depending on posting
Assist in process improvement, quality control, and engineering projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution
Engage in continuous learning and development programs to grow into a future leader

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals in the relevant discipline
Ability to work in plant operations, R&D, and customer-facing functions
Good knowledge of problem-solving techniques and use of data for decision-making
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to relocate and work across various Maruti Suzuki facilities

Eligibility Criteria:

Students must have scored at least 65% marks or equivalent CGPA marks in 10th & 12th / Diploma (if applicable) – No rounding off marks is allowed
Students must have scored at least 65% marks aggregate or equivalent CGPA till recent Semester in BE/B.Tech – No rounding off marks is allowed
Only FULL Time and Regular education is eligible (10th/12th/Diploma/B.Tech)

Not Eligible:

Students pursuing ME/M.Tech are not being considered
Any education from Distance learning or open school is not considered
Students pursuing dual degree are not being considered
Students with pending back papers are not eligible to participate in the selection process
Students having Vision related issues and/or color blindness problem are not eligible to participate in the selection process
