Responsibilities:

Onboard customers and assist them in customizing the platform to their specific needs to ensure complete platform adoption.
Work with different departments to streamline onboarding processes.
Documenting customer interactions with details about the nature of the interaction and any resolutions achieved within SLA.
Managing customer sentiment and satisfaction, facilitating platform customization requests.
Interacting with customers via phone calls, emails, or web chats to answer questions about products or services.
Helping customers make informed decisions about their purchases by providing information about pricing, terms and conditions, and other details about products or services.
