Responsibilities of Multiple Job Opening 

• Software Engineer
  • Support Klarity product suite.
  • Must be comfortable with C++ and RDBMS systems.
  • Ability to learn and an inclination to be self driven are must haves.
• Engineer, Algorithm Research & Development
  • Evaluating and improving DL/ML training sets and associated workflow processes
  • Evaluating and improving DL/ML learning model performance
  • Comparing and assessing various DL/ML learning models
  • Evaluating and implementing algorithms to improve signal to noise ratio from variety of image conditions (i.e., extracting information from noisy images)
  • Working with local and global teams in all phases of product lifecycles
  • Working with product engineering teams to define performance specifications and deliver to those specifications
  • Providing technical support during product demos and beta testing, working with domain experts from other functional teams on customer engagement projects

Qualifications Required for Multiple Job Opening at KLA

• Software Engineer
  • Master’s Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor’s Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
• Engineer, Algorithm Research & Development
  • New college graduates in any of the following degree: Ph.D., Dual Degree, Masters, or Bachelors. (Candidates from EE, CS and Mathematics background would be preferred)

Preferred Skills Of Engineer, Algorithm Research & Development

• Strong background in at least one of the following areas: image processing, computer vision, pattern recognition
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Linux shell scripting, and object-oriented programming
• Ability to learn/ work with source code control software
• Good oral and written communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work

Job Description for Software Quality Engineer Job Opening at KLA:

• Qualification of new and existing products and features (functional/requirements based, regression, performance, reliability).This includes designing and qualifying, publishing results and recommendations in the form of training material, best known methods
• Ability to understand and develop test cases in new technologies like Deep Learning, machine learnings etc.
• Ability to technically interact with Algorithms, System Engineering, Application Engineering, Marketing and Manufacturing, Customer Support team for various requirements across the globe. Interact with cross locational teams.
• Ability to assess automation feasibility of the test cases
• Script the test cases to automatically execute the tests
• Participate in all stages of software development including deployment/trouble shooting at customer sites.
• Represent SQE team in product life cycle and key program meetings.
• Travel to customer fabrication facilities to understand customer use cases, for deploying SW and troubleshooting

Preferred Skills:

• Must have excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skill.
• Must also be self-driven, yet a strong team player
• Background in IC processing/Semiconductor equipment is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools is a plus
• Must be desiring to travel and enjoy working in other cultures.

• Work within the engineering team on improving existing or designing new electron-beam imaging products for the semiconductor equipment market.
• Furthermore, activities will include tool driving and maintenance, integration, development of new designs, SW / HW requirements specification and characterization.
• Moreover, the candidate is expected to gain a detailed functional understanding of the entire product.
• Additionally, candidate has to be organized and detail oriented while under schedule and customer pressures and on multiple projects.
• Therefore the candidate has to be creative thinker and detail oriented problem-solver.
• Position requires not only following existing procedures, but also creating detailed procedures and other documentation based on experimental data collection and general ideas.
