Eligibility Criteria for Graduate Engineer Trainee Job Opening at JSP:

Education: B.Tech./M.Tech

Job Location: Odisha

Experience: Freshers

Last date to apply: 26th January 2024

Requirements to be successful in this role :

Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th & 12th
Minimum 65% or equivalent CGPA in Graduation with no active backlog in any of the subjects during the campus drive.
Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges to be preferred.
Should not have more than a 1-year gap between two consecutive academic courses.
Candidates pursuing their B.Tech. in the following domains are eligible for the selection drive
- Mechanical
- Mechatronics
- Metallurgy
- Electrical
- Ceramic
- Chemical
- Safety and Fire
- Instrumentation/Electronics
- Mining

The selection process will be as below:

1st Round– Online Aptitude Test (Aptitude and Technical)
2nd Round– Online Psychometric and Behavioural Test
3rd Round– Group Discussion (if necessary)
4th Round– Online Technical /Domain Interview (Panel Interview with HR)
5th Round– Interaction with CHRO

Note:

Written Tests shall be conducted online in an AI-enabled proctored environment (Infrastructure required- webcam and internet-enabled PC)
