Eligibility Criteria For IT Recruiter Job Opening

Education Engineering degree in Computer Science, or a related subject

Job Location Udupi (WFO)

Experience 6 Months – 1 year

Skills Good communication skills

Salary Upto ₹6.5 LPA (Expected)

Responsibilities of a IT Recruiter Job Opening at Vision Data Analytics

  • Perform as an individual contributor with fair degree of accountability with minimum assistance.
  • Execute unit testing to ensure the accuracy of his/her developments.
  • Realize the development/requirement as per the technical specification provided.
  • Adhere to all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organizations guidelines.
  • Participate in all nominated trainings and proactively work on self-improvement and development.

Preferred Skills

  • At least 6 months of industry experience
  • min 6 months of experience in IT Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of Recruitment Life Cycle
  • Hands on with sourcing and screening candidates by databases, social media etc.
  • Experience in Permanent and contract staffing
  • good understanding of technologies
  • Good understanding of dynamics in the domain
  • Good communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
