Skills Office365, outlook configuration, Windows/Linux/macOS, Troubleshoot software/Hardware

Salary INR 450000 to 500000

Responsibilities For Jr. System Engineer Job Opening at In Time Tec

  • Should have hands-on experience on Office365, outlook configuration, and other basic software installation and configuration, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with any one of the following OS environments: Windows/Linux/macOS
  • Perform user account management activities
  • Handle Antivirus, Backups, printers & scanner related issues.
  • Escalate complex problem to appropriate support specialists
  • Troubleshoot software/Hardware and basic network errors, connectivity problems (Internet, Intra-Net & VPN)
  • Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Ability to assemble, install, and troubleshoot issues related to computer hardware and peripherals.
  • Hands-on experience with Installation/Troubleshooting of Server-client issues, etc.,
  • Have an excellent understanding of the technical fundamentals of the internet
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

  • Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Also have Good data analysis skills and good attention to details
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have the ability to work in challenging projects
