Roles and Responsibilities Of Developer Job Opening at IG Group:

Develop and maintain software applications according to specifications.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and solve complex problems.
Participate in the testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
Attend and contribute to team meetings and report significant progress and challenges.
Maintain documentation for system software applications.

Skills Required for the role:

Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java (Spring) or JavaScript (ReactJS) with willingness to learn one of these technologies.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills and a dedication to technical excellence.
