Responsibilities:

  • Provide Support, training /consulting to customers and regional teams
  • Follow the process of updating CRM system and building knowledge base.
  • Based on need work in a team to execute small to medium term services projects involving Customization of Hexagon PPM design tools.
  • Engage with development/ product management teams to advocate for customer requirements.
