Responsibilities for Corporate IT – Trainee Job Opening at LRN:

Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, and chat.
Assist End users with the installation, configuration of Laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripheral equipment, and softwares.
Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support.
Manage Help Desk tickets adhering to the SLAs.
Install software, patches and updates on desktops, laptops.
Excellent problems solving and client relationship skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge on troubleshooting Windows, MAC Laptops & OS.
Coordinate with Vendor for IT related issues

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
