  • AI/ML Engineer
    • Seek mentorship and participate in team meetings for professional development.
    • Collaborate with experienced developers to apply best practices in real-world projects.
    • Use basic communication skills to convey ideas and feedback.
    • Maintain team access for smooth communication and collaboration.
    • Contribute to small-scale Python projects adhering to coding standards.
    • Assist in smaller POCs, contributing ideas and validation efforts.

  • Software Test Engineer

    • Working hours: Need to be productive for 8 hours a day, available until US client support time.
  • Research Associate
    • Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research using diverse sources.
    • Prepare detailed reports, white papers, and presentations with visualizations.
    • Communicate effectively through written reports and verbal interactions.
    • Stay updated on new research techniques, tools, and trends.
