Job Description for Technical Support Engineer Job Opening at Zoho

Answering customer queries through phone, e-mail & chat about product features and capabilities.
Helping customers with basic troubleshooting, configuration difficulties and advanced technical issues in the product by working closely with the development team.
Prompt communication of customer requirements to the development team.

Required Skills:

Understanding of modern IT management and ITSM concepts
Familiarity with Windows,Mac, and Linux OS applications, endpoint security, IT operations, support management tools, and basic networking concepts
Hands-on experience with tools like EDR, SOC, SCCM, Intune, AV, and Endpoint/Mobile device management would be a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Note:

Graduates of 2026 are not eligible to apply

Job Responsibilities of Analyst Trainee Job Opening at Cognizant:

Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and inquiries.
Log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing diagnosis and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance self-service options and facilitate efficient problem-solving.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Students who graduated in 2022, 2023 or 2024 with a three-year full-time degree only (BCA, BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or allied streams) are invited to apply.
Students should possess consistent academic record with minimum 50% in X, XII, and UG
Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing and technology is mandatory.
