Responsibilities of Engineer job opening at Trinity Touch:

• Responsibility for completing Communication/Commissioning of String Monitoring Box (SMB) done on time to International and Domestic Solar Sites.
• To ensure signed commissioning certificate from customer at site
• Responsibility for preparing the RCA report to customer in case of burning/damage SMB/AJB and their components.
• Writing reports and presenting findings to reporting Manager on regular basis.
• Providing online/site visit support at site regarding troubleshooting of SMB communication in FO, Wireless, RS485 systems.
• Providing service support, troubleshooting of Solar Products (SMB, AJB & WMS)
• Communicating with customers and engineers to ensure that services are being delivered satisfactorily.
• Responsibility for completing Communication/Commissioning of SMB by online support to International and Domestic sites.
• Providing support to the customer for communication issue’s & hardware issue’s by Remote or by site visit.
• Maintain the commissioning and servicing of solar sites in excel sheet.
• Good knowledge of Modbus, RS 485, Fibre Optics and wireless communication protocol.
• Good communication skills.
• Travelling to domestic and International sites is must.

Experience: 0-1 year experience

Job description:

• Technical degree with a 3.0 GPA OR functional degree + technical higher degree or in lieu of degree may substitute 4 years professional experience & professional certification (i.e., CNE, MCSE, CPA, Oracle, etc.)
• One year prior working experience with Oracle products (or at least two years related experience without Oracle products)
• Focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
• Resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting of our Electronic Support Services.
• Responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
• As a Support Engineer, you will be the technical interface to customers, Manufacturers (OEMs), and Resellers (VARs) for the resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance, and use of Oracle products.
• Your primary task will be to provide support to customers who contact the Oracle Solution Center and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines (mostly through electronic means).
• Able to work with general guidance from senior support engineers and management and, in some areas, may work independently. Solutions often take time to develop through research, collaboration, or problem replication.
• Duties and tasks are standard with some variation.
• Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.

Preferred skills:

• Hands-on experience on Core Java / J2EE technology project
• Working knowledge of Application servers – Weblogic, Websphere
• Hands-on experience – Oracle database, basic knowledge of Oracle internals, performance tuning
• Exposure to UI technologies preferred – Knockout JS / OJET/ RequireJS / AJAX / jQuery / Javascript / CSS3 / HTML5 / JSON
• Familiarity with REST / Web Services / ORM will be added advantage
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
