Eligibility Criteria :

Education: B.E/B.Tech with consistent academic performance.

Job Location: Pune and Chennai

Experience:  0 - 1 years

Responsibilities:

In order to meet the expectations of the organization, the post holder must deliver work to a high standard and meet deadlines.
In addition, the post holder will maintain accurate records of their work, documenting any changes or updates made.
Compliance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety guidelines, is mandatory for the post holder.
To enhance their skills and knowledge, he/she will be encouraged to attend training and development courses.
Furthermore, keeping up to date with the latest software development practices and technologies is expected of the post holder.
Finally, the post holder will contribute to team meetings and discussions, working collaboratively with others to achieve team goals.

Requirement for Graduate Trainee Job Opening at EMIS Group:

Strong programming skills in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
Knowledge of software development principles and methodologies
Should be able to write good industry-standard code.
Good communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
Additionally, the post holder must collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
A passion for technology and software development is highly desirable for the post holder.
In addition, the post holder should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
It is required that the post holder has good knowledge of SQL and should be able to write DDL/DML SQL queries.
The post holder should be able to work as an integral junior member of the team and complete the assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Finally, the post holder should have gained good business knowledge in the assigned project, allowing them to contribute effectively to the team.
