Required Capabilities, Qualifications and Skills :

• B.E/B.Tech 2025 graduates only.
• Ability to contribute in medium to complex tasks independently.
• Students will be part of projects related to Delivery, Testing, Development, and Support.
• Responsibilities will involve customization and implementation of the Finacle Product with our Clients and Partners.
• Strong analytical abilities, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills
• Exposure to Design Principles and the ability to understand Design Specifications independently.

Role & Selection Process:

• Interested students will undergo online assessment (Coding challenge) followed by Technical & HR interview.
• Shortlisted students will join Finacle (Finacle Digital Banking Platform – Industry’s Top Rated Solution (edgeverve.com) which is one of the business units at EdgeVerve.

1. Candidates who graduated in previous years need not apply
2. Candidates who currently have backlogs/arrears need not apply
3. Willingness to work from Hyderabad Pocharam campus is a must
4. We currently follow hybrid model – work from office for 3 days per week is mandatory

Basic Skills Required:

•  Ability to contribute in medium to complex tasks independently.
•  Knowledge of software engineering basics, at least one programming language and OS and knowledge of DBMS.
•  Preferred Languages: Java, Python, JavaScript
•  Strong analytical abilities, logical thinking, and excellent communication skills
•  Exposure to Design Principles and the ability to understand Design Specifications independently.
•  Ability to run Test Cases and scenarios as per the plan.
•  Ability to accept and respond to production issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
