2024 Graduates only
In-office role (Bengaluru HQ – HSR layout)
Strong understanding of software & Hardware testing methodologies
Experience in user testing and community management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for technology and wearable devices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge in the smartwatch or mobile app industry.
Also has knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.
Knowledge in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

User Testing: Conduct thorough user testing to identify usability issues, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets user expectations.
Community Management: Build and manage a strong smartwatch community to gather user insights, conduct community testing, and foster brand loyalty.
Test Report Generation: Prepare detailed test reports, including bug reports, user feedback summaries, and product improvement recommendations.
Product Analysis: Analyze product reviews and user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the development team to ensure product quality, identify and resolve defects, and drive product enhancements.
App and Hardware Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of smartwatch apps and hardware components to effectively test product functionality.
