• Core Mathematics: Must have studied Core Mathematics as one of the subjects in the Diploma course.

Basic Qualifications Required for Wipro SIM Program – B. Tech for Diploma Holders (2025). 

• Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer Engineering / Electronics and Communication / Computer Technology / Computer Science and Technology / Electrical and Electronics Engineering: 50% and above
• Maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and the commencement of Diploma.
• Only full-time Diploma courses are permitted. No part-time, correspondence, or Distance learning education in Diploma program.
• Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject in Diploma.
• Business Maths & Applied Maths will NOT be considered as Core Mathematics in Diploma.
• Open school or distance education is allowed in 10th & 12th or both.
• Maximum of one backlog till the assessment process is allowed.
• Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs along with the 6th semester.
• Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
• Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
• Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last three months are not eligible.
• Candidate should be 18 years or above at the time of onboarding

1. Round 1 – Online Assessment: (80 minutes)

2. Round 2 – Business Discussion
3. Round 3 – HR Discussion
4. Round 4 – Pre-Skilling Training

Service Agreement

• 48 months

Please note: You are liable to pay back joining bonus on pro-rata basis if you decide to leave the organization within this period.

Terms and Conditions:

• 48-month Service Agreement: Candidate is liable to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis if they leave the organization before the agreement period.
• Eligibility for Participation: Wipro reserves the discretion to permit/limit candidates’ participation in the recruitment process.
• Malpractice Policy: Involvement in illegal activities (fraud, impersonation, fake documents) will lead to immediate disqualification or revocation of the offer.
• Communication: Wipro will communicate results through email or other provided channels.

Education: BCA or B.Sc. with Computer Science, Information Technology,
Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics

Job Location: PAN India

Experience: Freshers

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10th Standard: Pass
• 12th Standard: Pass
• Graduation – 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above as applicable by the University guidelines
• Year of Passing – 2022, 2023

Eligibility criteria:

• Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th and 12th only
• One Backlog during the time of the Online Assessment
• Candidates should clear the backlogs along with the 6^th semester.
• Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject in Graduation.
• Business Maths and Applied Maths are NOT considered as Core Mathematics.
• Maximum 3 years of GAP in education allowed (between 10th to commencement of graduation)
• Graduation should be complete within 3 years.
• Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
• Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.
• Candidates are invited to test the process who have completed 3 months cool-off period.

Stipend Period (INR Per Month):

• 1st-year STIPEND –15,000 + 488 (ESI),
• 2nd year STIPEND –17,000 + 553 (ESI),
• 3rd year STIPEND –19,000 + 618 (ESI),
• 4thYear: 23,000
• Additional Joining Bonus: 75,000

Selection process:

Round 1 – Online Assessment:

Online Assessment (80 minutes) comprising of 4 sections:

• Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
• Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
• Quantitative – 20 Mins – 20 questions
• Written Communication Test (20 mins)

Round 2 – Business discussion.

Training Agreement:

60 months. Please note: You are liable to pay back the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis if you decide to leave the organization within this period.

Education: BCA or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology,

Job Location: PAN India

Experience: Fresher

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completed 10th and 12th standard.
• Year of passing: 2022 and 2023.
• Must have 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation.
• No part-time or correspondence or distance learning education in a degree.
• Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only.
• One backlog till the Assessment stage.
• The candidate is expected to clear the backlogs along with the 6th semester.
• Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (between 10th to commencement of graduation).
• No Gaps during the Graduation period.

Educational criteria:

• Must have had Core Mathematics as one of your subjects in Graduation. Business Maths or Applied Math’s is not considered.
• No gap of over 3 years between your 10th standard and graduation.
• Completed graduation in 3 years, with no gaps.
• Indian Citizens or citizens must have a PIO or OCI card in case of passport holders from other countries.
• Bhutan or Nepal citizens must submit a citizenship certificate.
• Those who have participated in any of Wipro’s selection processes in the last 3 months are not eligible.

*It will solely be at the discretion of Wipro to permit/restrict the participation of any candidate, whether eligible or not, in the Work Integrated Learning Program selection process.

Stipend:

1st Year: You will receive a stipend of INR 15,000 + 488 (ESI) + a Joining Bonus of Rs.75,000 along with the 1st-month Stipend.
2nd Year: You will receive a stipend of INR 17,000 + 533 (ESI)
3rd Year: You will receive a stipend of INR 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
4th Year: You will receive a stipend of INR 23,000

Training Agreement:

Required to sign a training agreement for 60 months upon joining. Please Note: You will be liable to pay a sum of INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis if you leave the organization before 5 years of the training agreement are up.
