Eligibility Criteria for Associate Consultant Job Opening at Liferay:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or 
equivalent level of demonstrated knowledge required

Job Description:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the installation, configuration, and implementation of Liferay’s Java-based technologies
  • Amaze clients by planning, designing, building, and delivering innovative solutions out of the box or through customizations
  • Maintain the confidence of both customers and colleagues in Liferay products and technologies
  • Deliver projects quickly, cost-effectively, and with the highest quality
  • Fix product defects to ensure successful deployment of client projects

Preferred Skills:

  • Love for cutting-edge technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in writing enterprise strength Java / J2EE code
  • Advanced understanding and experience in Java and OO design
  • Enjoy teaching people complex topics
  • Expert knowledge of databases (MySQL, Oracle)
  • Experience with Websphere, Weblogic, JBOSS AS, or Tomcat
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux OS, Servlets/JSP, Spring and Hibernate, application performance, and performance tuning
  • Prior experience with Liferay or other portal solutions is a plus
  • Demonstrates expert analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with a powerful motivation to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Flexible, proven ability to work well under pressure, and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Strong escalation handling skills; able to facilitate discussion to resolve conflict peacefully
  • Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Works well with a distributed team

  • These drives and these positions are currently open for women candidates only
  • Should have graduated in 2019
  • Should have 60% and above in 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation (aggregate of 8 semesters) and MCA (aggregate of 6 semesters)
  • Only 1 year gap in education is allowed after HSC
  • No gap is allowed after Diploma
  • Qualification – MCA , BE / BTech (open for only Circuit Branches -Information Technology, Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication and Electronics & Instrumentation)

  • Pseudo code test – 25 min (Data Structure + Algorithms)

  • HR Interview
