Job Role: Category Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for category for PAN India.
• Responsible for the P&L and overall performance of the category including category growth, process improvements, SOP creation.
• Develop the category strategy (business plan) annually (and monthly) and review regularly.
• Lead Partnerships for the category – develop new channels of demand.
• Focusing on enhancing product assortment, brand engagement through market intelligence, consumer insight, competitive analysis and innovative marketing campaigns.
• Implements new category opportunities and lead the organization through new product launches.
• Provide detailed category analysis to assist in deriving insight on the category and competitors- analysis of the market, the consumer & competitors. Identify potential opportunities to improve the business.
