• Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network issues.
• Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours.
• Be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
• Basic application support knowledge.
• Individual must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required (open work on 24/7 support, rotational shifts)
• IT Support, non-voice process.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Candidates with 75% and above in 10th, 12th and Degree (Mandatory).
• BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B. Sc/M.Sc with Computer Science, Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Telecom Engineering.
• Should understand basic IT-related technical terms like MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, cloud, Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, etc.
• Prior Experience in infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

• Any Azure (AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-104) Or
• Microsoft 365 ( MS-500, MS-900, M365, O365 ),
• Any Cloud, Windows Server Administration,

• Develop & support custom-built applications and participate in the product development.

• Code and modify simple applications using programming tools.
• Document all code using standard forms and procedures, adhering to all naming conventions.
• Create reports and work with others in the technical and analytical aspects of report creation.
