Eligibility Criteria:

Education: BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B. Sc/M.Sc with Computer Science, Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Telecom Engineering.

Job Location: Mumbai

Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Skills: Good communication skills and strong problem solving and analytical skills

Stipend: Up to ₹3L – ₹5L annually  (As per Glassdoor).

Responsibilities of Azure Job Opening at Atidan Technologies:

Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network issues.
Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours.
Be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
Basic application support knowledge.
Individual must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required (open work on 24/7 support, rotational shifts)
IT Support, non-voice process.
Excellent written and oral communication.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Candidates with 75% and above in 10th, 12th and Degree (Mandatory).
BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B. Sc/M.Sc with Computer Science, Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Telecom Engineering.
Should understand basic IT-related technical terms like MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, cloud, Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, etc.
Prior Experience in infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.

Preferred Certifications

Any Azure (AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-104) Or
Microsoft 365 ( MS-500, MS-900, M365, O365 ),
Any Cloud, Windows Server Administration,
