Innovate, design, develop, and Test product features with emphasis on testability, quality, performance, and operability

Expertise in Spring 3.0+, REST, OData, ORM framewor
Expertise in Angular/ React/JavaScript.
Expertise in Unit Testing and development using TDD/BDD methodologies
Proficiency in OOAD, Design Patterns and anti-pattern
Thorough understanding of HTTP protocol including cookies, session persistenc
Proficiency in Cloud Native, multi-tenancy, Splunk and any automation tool like Selenium
Knowledge of Microservices is an added advantage
Proven track record of addressing critical production escalation.

Job Description for Associate Developer Job Opening at AXA XL

Developing and maintaining custom data integration solutions with various sources and formats, including structured and unstructured data, to ensure data quality and consistency.
Collaborate with the product owner and other squad members to understand user requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Design, develop and test high-quality software components for the data intake system that meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
Carry out code reviews and provide feedback to other developers to ensure that the code meets functional and non-functional requirements.
Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, etc. to ensure smooth delivery.
Developing and maintaining custom data integration solutions with various sources and formats, including structured and unstructured data, to ensure data quality and consistency.
Managing and monitoring data pipelines and ensuring their availability, reliability, and scalability.
Troubleshooting issues related to data ingestion and transformation.
You will report to the Release Train Engineer.

Preferred Skills

Insurance background.
Proficiency in programming language such as C#.
Experience with data integration tools.
Excellent understanding of database management systems, data warehousing, and data modeling.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure.
