Job Responsibilities of IT Support Intern Job Opening at Aspire:

Manage and administer platforms including Google Workspace, Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE).
Administer and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS endpoints.
Implement, configure, and maintain Unifi network systems: office WiFi, firewall, and door access systems.
Provide hands-on IT support in the office and remote support for other locations.
Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues (PCs, printers, WiFi).
Select, test, purchase, and configure end-user equipment (Windows and Mac), IT hardware, and software licenses.
Maintain awareness of and support compliance efforts (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type 2).
Write and maintain user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation in Notion and Confluence.
Develop small automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to improve efficiency.
Support IT end-to-end from user onboarding to offboarding.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Based in Gurugram/Bengaluru, India
Strong experience with computers e.g. Mac and Windows.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Self-starter with the ability to pick up knowledge along the way
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with tools such as AWS, 1Password, Notion, and Slack.
Experience in administering and supporting:
Google Workspace, Jira, Azure AD, and Intune.
Unifi network infrastructure.
Experience working with Linux systems and command-line tools.
Exposure to incident management using Azure Sentinel.
Industry certifications CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CompTIA Cloud+
Knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOC 2 Type 2.
Bonus: A personal GitHub or blog showcasing projects or technical writing

Eligibility Criteria for Data Engineer Intern Job Opening at Aspire:

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s
 or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Job Location: PAN India

Experience: Freshers

Skills: Python, object-oriented programming, and SQL

Stipend: Upto ₹28K/Month LPA (Expected)

The role:

Support the team in managing and optimizing data infrastructure on AWS, including the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines using Python.
Assist in integrating various data sources with tools like Airbyte and managing workflows using Apache Airflow.
Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to ensure data quality, reliability, and trustworthiness.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and resolving data pipeline issues, contributing to coding standards and best practices.
Document data engineering processes, workflows, and perform manual and automated data quality checks.
Actively contribute to the observability, testability, and optimization of data pipelines.
Engage in cross-departmental projects to deliver data solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Participate in team meetings, including weekly updates, brainstorming sessions, and daily stand-up.

Minimum Qualifications:

Basic proficiency in Python, object-oriented programming, and SQL with a solid understanding of relational databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working proficiency in verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data extraction, ingestion, transformation, and good coding practices, including clean code, error handling, logging, and testing.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, with minimal supervision.
Active participation in extracurricular technical activities such as content writing, hackathons, or open-source projects is a strong plus.
Enthusiastic about teamwork, continuous learning, and contributing effectively to team outcomes.
