Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor's degree or Higher

Job Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience: Students and Freshers

Skills: Typescript,  JavaScript, Node.js

Salary: Up to ₹12,000 to ₹43,000 per month (As per Glassdoor)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust dataset containing conversational queries and corresponding expected responses.
Design and implement automated UI test scripts to simulate end-to-end conversation flows.
Assist with the integration of the final dataset into an LLM-based judge evaluation framework for acceptability testing.
Develop and implement mechanisms to continuously monitor automation test logs and bot performance.
Expand automated testing frameworks to include comprehensive edge case and negative scenario testing, ensuring predictable chatbot behavior under diverse and unexpected user inputs.
