Eligibility Criteria for Junior Quality Analyst Job Opening:

Education: B.E/ B.Tech

Job Location: Hyderabad, Pune

Experience: 1-2 Years

Skills: Azure DevOps, ISTQB

Key Responsibilities:

Work with QA lead to understand the required test scenarios
Design test cases to exercise application features
Perform exploratory tests of new features and bug fixes
Be an active team member, driving quality, security, and best practice
Responsible for Functional / Regression / Retesting / UI testing across multiple apps
Helps troubleshoot Bugs
Documents and evaluates test results, report results to Test Lead
Utilize applications such as MS Excel to generate metrics and develop actionable recommendations

Must Have Skills for Junior Quality Analyst Job Opening at Deloitte:

Minimum 1-2 year of QA testing experience
Complete knowledge on SDLC, STLC, DLC and key testing phases
Experience with Testing methodologies
Experience in test management tools, preferably Azure DevOps (ADO)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Familiarity with agile frameworks
Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment where projects, and deadlines often require multi-tasking and flexible work schedules
Ability to integrate rapidly with existing team

Good To Have Skills:

Quality Assurance certifications such as ISTQB is a plus
Automation scripting using TOSCA
Meticulous attention to detail and quality
An ability to build professional relationships, a spirit of co-operation, and a flexible approach to work are required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; outstanding analytical, research and presentation skills

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Design graphic user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Portfolio of design projects.

Good time-management skills.
Good knowledge of graphic design such as poster design, icon creation, and image customization.

Primary skills: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, user interface design, wireframing, and prototyping.
Preferred Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
