Job Responsibilities of Associate SE Job Opening at Acquia:

• Develop features that help evolve the technical direction of the Acquia Platform
• Work in a DevOps focused team owning and operating the services you create in accordance with service level objectives you define.
• Working on an Agile Scrum team building shippable product increments that meet the goals set with Product Owners.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including development, automated test construction, deployment and operations.
• Develop unit and automated integration tests that give the team confidence to deploy to production on a predictable cadence.
• Provide product support to internal and external stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• have 6 months to 2 years of software development experience with some exposure to Cloud technologies (AWS preferred)
• also have some software development experience in PHP/GoLang and are familiar with navigating unix/linux based operating systems along with shell scripting (Bash).
• have an understanding of distributed systems and API design
• also have an understanding of Docker, K8s or equivalent
• have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• have an ownership and end-to-end delivery mindset.
• Argo CD is good to have
